So I was down in Sea Isle this past 4th of July weekend and I jumped over to Wildwood for a few hours and to my surprise they actually had a few boardwalk games with some Phillies flavor.
JIMMY ROLLINS POP UP STRIKER
They give you a bat mallet and the guy who runs the game calls out different scenerios right before you hit. I heard him go, “FIRST AND THIRD NO OUTS, FIRST PITCH COMING!” and the contestant whacks the ball as hard as he can. If you hit Rollins’s head on a, “FIRST PITCH AFTER A FOUR PITCH WALK PREVIOUS AT BAT!” you win a giant stuffed unicorn (Kendrick reference?)
MICHAEL YOUNG 3RD BASE TOSS
This game seemed like a lot of fun. There were so many chances to win. Mostly anywhere you threw the baseball, it went past Michael Young. I won a Cody Ashe framed mirror.
